This 15thC German war hammer is replicated from a piece at the Germanisch National Museum in Nuremburg. This substantial carbon steel hammer is just what you need when attacking fully armoured knights in Medieval Europe.
War hammers generally had a faceted hammer for blows and a sharper pointed side which could be used for piercing/ripping.
This beautifully devastating example can be purchased unmounted or mounted on a fantastic, shaped ash shaft with a steel end cap. All riveted together with steel rivets and decorative bronze rivet washers and looking, and assembled just like the original.
Available unmounted or mounted on a 55cm/22” ash shaft
