Mid to high status late 15thC bollock dagger based on a piece in the Rothenburg collection. Rounded square form ash handle with decorative rivets through the top of the lobes and latten (brass) guard and pommel cap. 28cm/11inch double sided shouldered blade housed in a double layer naturally tanned leather sheath with simple incised decoration and finished with a latten chape.

Semi-Sharp is 'butter knife sharp'; it has a very fine flat on the edge
Sharp has been ground to give a reasonable cutting edge, but final honing, if required, is by the customer.
