This medieval bollock dagger is a composite from a few sources and has a double edged blade with an asymmetric grind and a wooden handle decorated with the ever popular 'dot and circle' design and finished off with a brass peen washer.
The sheath is a double layer veg tan construction and decorated with incised and punched patterns and finished with a fabricated brass chape.
The dagger is semi-sharp, but can be sharpened for an extra £10.
Semi-Sharp is 'butter knife sharp'; it has a very fine flat on the edge
Sharp has been ground to give a reasonable cutting edge, but final honing, if required, is by the customer.
Blade length 22cm/8.5"
Grip length 9cm/3.75"
Overall length 34cm/13.5"
