This medieval horn, folding knife is based on a 14thC example but this sort of style was around in both the 13th and 15thC. It may or may not be a razor or a simple utility knife, we do not know. But, either way the blade is held open by a simple thumb tag which was the standard way until the 17thC.TCP66
