Lead time is 8 weeks, although some stock is held.
This seemed to be popular in the 15thC Bohemia and Germany. The whole item is clearly a bit of a violent Medieval joke, with a heavy bronze fist holding a steel dagger.
You will see a few examples in Museums and manuscripts, most notably Talhoffer.
