15th Century Wakefield 'Hammer Head' Medieval Quillon Dagger - 'War of the Roses' A unique style of daggers and this dagger is a prime example. This dagger is closely based on pieces from the Royal Armouries, X798, X690 and X1706. They were current in the mid to late 15thC and clearly related to the Wakefield falchion. A very English and a very ‘War of the Roses’ dagger and perfect for a Man at Arms.
It comes with a double layer veg tan leather sheath with incised decoration and a simple brass (latten) chape.
